
Popularly known as “Iron Gate”, the Secondary Education Examinations (SEE) result has been published by the National Examinations Board (NEB), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur. According to the result, out of 46,4785 students this year, only 47.86% of students have passed the examination, and the rest 52.14% have been categorized as non-graded the exam. Among them only 184 students secured A+ grades.

The National Examination Board held the SEE exam from the 15th to the 27th of Chaitra. A total of 4,64,785 students took the SEE 2081 exam.
Students who have been categorized as non-graded in up to two subjects can take the Grade Increment Examination after one month, whereas students who have been classified as non-graded in more than two subjects must wait a year to attend Grade Increment Examination. According to the new syllabus, students must score 35 percent on theoretical examinations to be eligible for higher education.
