Dynamic Technosoft’s leap from Birgunj to International Market


Dynamic Technosoft, which was started outside of main city of IT hub, has succeeded in making a leap to the international market in a short period of time. The software manufacturing company started by Deepak Sah and his partner Sachin Sah, who are entrepreneurs themselves, from Birganj is now heading towards the international market.

It was started in 2010 by renting a room in a friend’s house. Thinking that they should do something by themselves instead of a job, they started their business by taking a loan from a C class bank at a high interest rate. Meanwhile, their friend Arjan Shah also joined. Now the company is managed by three people.

Dynamic Technosoft Deepak’s desire to become a software developer entrepreneur was inspired by his father. About 25 years ago, Dynamic Technosoft Sah’s father worked as a computer operator in Birgunj sugar industry. When he saw his father working on the computer, Sah’s desire to study computers came in his childhood. With the aim of fulfilling that dream, Sah studied software.
Since his childhood, Sah had a strong desire to have his own business. He saw that his father did business. Dynamic Technosoft Sah, who learned business from his grandfather, thought that he should study software and become an entrepreneur.

Dynamic technosoft started from Birganj has now spread across the country and abroad. At present, branches have been expanded to 6 places in Nepal and India, Japan and other countries. The main office is in Birganj. He has operated a corporate house in Baneshwar, Kathmandu. Similarly, branches of the company have been expanded in Itahari, Butwal, Pokhara and Janakpur.

In the beginning, they were not able to get a job, but now they don’t have much problem. They have developed the ability to compete with international companies. According to the market demand, they have brought different brands of software. Half a dozen of the company’s own brand software are available in the market. Trading business is also in operation. Dynamic Group has an annual turnover of 150 million rupees and employs more than 200 people.

The owner and CEO of the Dynamic Technosoft company says, “We have made the company able to compete with the international market by working day and night. It was not easy to work in the beginning. In the heat of Birganj, we used to work continuously without food, water or sleep. Now 14 years of work experience is making us mature.”

We can compete with any national and international company in quality of work and service. Our software is used by large commercial houses, industries, hospitals, various business associations and schools. Users are satisfied with our service. Until today, there have been no complaints that the service and quality that we provide has become bad. Currently, the company has more than 2,000 regular customers through various organizations and schools and colleges.

Our aim is not just to survive by making software. We are more focused on providing quality service to the software. We work with the software user at the center. That is the reason why we are now considered excellent in service.
Shah further says, “We are aware that success will come only if you work hard and honestly to excel in service.” It is our company’s basic principle that service should be done with full responsibility and honesty after work. Which is very difficult in the beginning. Not that we didn’t either.

It was difficult to explain to us that it was software. It became very challenging to get those who understood that they would get it on CD for 30-40 rupees to use the ERP software that had been prepared after years of hard work. Not explaining about ERP software in the market, now reputed organizations have trusted and used the software. Saha says that the market is becoming easier recently. However, there is a complaint that the government has not given priority to the indigenous software industries even though it is supposed to encourage the IT technology industry.

There are many ERP software companies in Nepal that provide better service and quality than them. When trying to do government work, government agencies do not trust Nepali companies. Even the good industries have been discouraged by the tendency of the Nepalese government not to believe in the work and services of Nepali people when they are operating the industry with the intention of doing some good work in Nepal.

Sah says that if the government gives priority to domestic production, foreign money will stay in Nepal. Shah says that the government gives first priority to international companies when it comes to government agency work. He says that the state should use the products of Nepali industry to encourage Nepali industry.
