Encourage leadership opportunities
Students should be provided with leadership roles in their classrooms, schools, school clubs, or society. This comes into practice by making them class representatives, leading group projects, organizing events, and making sports captains. By involving in such activities, students will gain practical experience and develop leadership skills.
Promote collaboration and teamwork
Students can be engaged in collaboration and teamwork by involving in group activities, discussion, and project management, assignment work. By involving in such activities, their decision-making power also increases. By working in a team, communication among students increases and they get to explore different ideas and respect everyone’s decisions.
Foster Mentorship and Peer Support
Peer-to-peer guidance not only builds leadership but also fosters support among students. Mentoring senior students to their junior peers by sharing their experience, and knowledge can be helpful to students.
Provide leadership training and workshops
Offer workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on leadership development. Provide training on goal-setting, decision-making, and creative learning.

An example of leadership is Mahatma Gandhi, who made the British leave India because of his ability to influence people. Sir Winston Churchill, he inspired Britain to fight against Nazi Germany. Even in the case of animals, there is one leader in a group of animals that leads the way to other animals. And, the superior leader Lord Krishna, his guidance about life is mesmerizing. People today also follow his directions in life. Therefore, leadership can be in many forms.
